A six-handed dinner with three major protagonists of Italian star restaurants: Lorenzo Cogo, chef at El Coq in Piazza dei Signori in Vicenza, Roy Caceres, chef and owner of the Metamorfosi restaurant in Rome and Accursio Craparo, chef and owner of the restaurant "Da Accursio" in Modica (Rg) will prepare a tasteful itinerary in the wonderful setting of Villa Neri di Linguaglossa, on the slopes of Etna.
Chef Elia Russo, from the restaurant "Le Dodici Fontane" of Villa Neri, will do the honors. He will also cook some of the proposed dishes.
